Are NatureBox snacks Organic?

The ingredients in our snacks vary because we send out 5 different packages of snacks each month. We are working to continually introduce more and more snacks that contain organic ingredients into our monthly discovery NatureBox. 

We work with a variety of suppliers and at this time, we are unable to guarantee that all of our products will be certified organic. Certain suppliers and individual snacks contain organic ingredients, and we label them on the packages when this is the case, but we aren't able to ensure that all of our snacks are. 

But wait! You can now explore our snack catalog of over 100 options and select 5 delicious snacks of your choice each month! (exciting right?!) If you do not currently have a subscription with us, you can view our 
current snack lineup here! If you currently have a subscription and want to start picking those scrumptious snacks now, follow these simple steps below:
  • Log in to your dashboard and hover over the SNACKS tab at the top of the page. Here you will see a drop-down of tasty categories you can select between, or simply click on SNACKS to view our personal favorites.
  • At the top of our catalog you can indicate your dietary needs and taste preferences by checking off any (yep, multiple!) of the boxes that apply to you.
  • To add a snack, hover over the image with your mouse and click on the green add to box button. To view the ingredients, nutritional information, or even more about any snack, simply click on the (gorgeous) snack photo.
  • If your box is full at any point, you'll need to remove an item. Find your way back to the dashboard by clicking the my box link at the top right corner of the page. Here you will see your current snack lineup with the option to remove item next to each selected snack.
  • Feeling extra hungry and want to add-on even more snacks for an additional charge? When hovering over an item, click the add-on snack button.

How does this work going forward? Each month, select your snacks-of-choice 5 days before your billing cycle date! You can find this date in the box tracker section of your dashboard.

This feature is still a work-in-progress, so we ask for your patience as we continue to make this a better process for you!

At times, we may be out of stock on our favorite items. Again we ask for your patience, as we are always working hard to replenish! If an item you selected is out of stock by the time your box is ready to ship, we will make a substitution. Didn’t enjoy the substitution? Let us know! We will figure out the best solution with our snack-isfaction guarantee in mind!
