Our referral system is automated and will award you the credit once your referral has successfully signed up. Here are some common reasons why you may not have received referral credit:
- Your referral has not signed up yet. Keep checking your account. You will receive an email notifying you when the credit has been added to your account.
- The referral was made within the same household or shipping address. Referrals have to be a new customer of NatureBox and cannot be living in the same household.
- The referral was made over the same IP address. Referrals and purchases made with the same IP address will not qualify for referral credits.
- Your referral did not sign up through the referral invitation link.
- You have reached the $100 referral cap.
