You can cancel the Subscribe ad Save subscription by following these steps:
- Log into your Account
- Once you are logged in, hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click the Subscriptions tab.
- The Cancel Subscription option is available just below the Shipping Address details, please see the screenshot below:
4. Once you click that a prompt will pop up and if you wish to proceed with the cancellation, you may click the Cancel Subscription option (please see photo below)
5. After clicking the button, a confirmation will be sent to your email, and a prompt will pop up.
You may also cancel the Subscribe and Save through us via email. Our snack concierges are available on weekdays. Please send us an email through support@naturebox.com or use our Contact Us Form.
To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least three(3) days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order has been processed.
