Can't locate your delicious snacks? We have found that sometimes shipments are incorrectly scanned as delivered (or scanned ahead of time) and it will frequently show up the next day or two. If you still cannot locate your delivery, and more than 48 hours has passed since delivery was confirmed, please chat with our Snack Concierge team online at naturebox.com.
Please look for a delivery notice that may have been left by your postal carrier. If you haven’t been able to locate it, please contact your local USPS or 1-800-ASK-USPS. Additionally, your carrier may also choose to leave it in your mailbox or community parcel locker (if you have one.) If you're address is in an office building, apartment complex, or shared space, we suggest looking around and checking in with your front desk officer, leasing officer, land lord, or mail/locker room.
