This is most likely your last shipment. We do require that cancellations take place at least five days before the ship date. If the account was cancelled after the ship date, a box may have already processed.
Unfortunately, for food safety reasons, we don't accept returns on boxes that have already sent out.
Once an account is cancelled, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
