To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least five days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order has processed.
Membership fees and Store Credits are non-refundable. Membership fees are applied as Store Credit and can be used for product purchases within 12 months.
