You have two ways to cancel. You can either cancel it online or email customer support anytime at support@naturebox.com or through our Contact Us form and one of our Snack Concierges will reply as soon as possible. Snack Concierges are available on weekdays.
To cancel online, you follow these steps:
- Log in to your Account
- Once you are logged in, hover over your name on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click **Account Settings**
- The Cancel Membership button is available just above the Total Store Credit info (kindly see the photo below)

To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least five(5) days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order is processed. Membership fees and store credits are non-refundable.
