You can pause your account by following these easy directions:
1. Log-in to your account at naturebox.com
2. Hover over your name and click on the Manage Subscription tab.
3. Click on Pause Membership.
4. Select how long you would like to pause for (you will be able to pause for 1-4 weeks).
Please note that the charge for your shipment may be processed up to 2 days prior to the billing date of your shipment.
5. Click Save. (If you pause your membership on the same day your box is set to process, please note that it may take up to 1 billing cycle for the pause to take effect).
