To change the shipping address on your Subscribe and Save order, please go to your My Subscriptions page. From there, you should be able to see your active Subscribe and Save order(s) and edit the shipping address. You must also change your shipping address in your account so your monthly shipments will be sent to the correct address.

To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least three(3) days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order has processed.
