NatureBox SnackPasses by default do not expire and will remain in the account until the recipient uses it. Our team will be happy to provide a usage report to see who has or has not redeemed their SnackPasses on a regular basis. All unredeemed SnackPasses will be credited back to either:
Option 1: Another NatureBox Account
Be it a central account we create or an existing recipient/s. This is something we highly recommend and a popular option for office managers. The credits can be used to pay for future SnackPasses, order bulk snacks for your office, or get individual boxes sent to different recipients.
Option 2: Refund to Credit Card
A refund can be issued back to the original card you used. Please note that we subtract 10% fee from the total amount to be refunded to cover banking charges and other miscellaneous fees from our payment processor.
