A huge factor in the overall processing time is accounting and waiting for the recipients to place their orders. If our boxes is needed by a certain date, we highly recommend to order at least 2 weeks ahead before the event date. This will provide sufficient time for fulfillment and shipping, and for recipients to make their selections.

Once your recipient redeems their SnackPass and places an order:

• It will take a day or two for our warehouse to fulfill the order.
• Barring all courier-related delays, our snacks will typically arrive within 5-7 business days within US and longer for HI, AK, and Canada.
